Replaced the cartridge, same problem with grinding. Have no idea just what to do due to the fact that its 6 years old, and no real repair work areas. I may tear it apart and consider it. Many thanks.
Easier still hydrogen peroxide it bubbles like Alka Seltzer does, and you simply already apply it in your house, right?? That i dip mine in rubbing alcohol once i clean it, and allow it to go airdry a jeweler told me once that diamond attract water molecules which leave spots alcohol evaporates quickly, no spots! !
